I had a disappointing experience with this dealership regarding pricing transparency. The vehicle I was interested in was listed online at one price, but when I arrived at the dealership, the price was increased by $1,000 without a clear explanation. This felt misleading and not aligned with what was advertised.
I made a genuine effort to move forward with the purchase and even requested to speak with the General Sales Manager to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I have not received a return call. The only follow-up I’ve received has been from a Sales Manager, but the pricing concern remains unaddressed.
